Can I user Biologique Recherche products with other brands?

It is fine to use other skin care products with Biologique Recherche products, but we recommend that you seek advice before doing so. In particular, avoid using retinol, as it may counteract with our products or make your skin sensitive.

How do I know if your products are authentic?

Every Biologique Recherche product has a Prooftag© sticker. It includes a QR code that verifies the product’s authenticity. Furthermore, the Singapore official distributor can verify the product for you.

Do all Biologique Recherche products contain biological extracts?

Animal and vegetal active ingredients in Biologique Recherche products are by-products and all respectful of C.I.T.E.S. guidelines. As a result, we commit to not use raw materials derived from protected or endangered species.

If you are a vegan, you may contact us directly to enquire about certain products. Briefly, you may use Lotions P50 and some quintessential serums which our ingredients tab header do mention whether they are marine, plants or bio.

Can I use Lotions P50 while I am pregnant?

Sure, you can. Please contact us if you are interested in trying other BR products, and we can assist you.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after we receive it. We will notify you if any items are unavailable. We do not keep large quantities of items in stock to maintain their freshness. Every 3-4 weeks, we will ship fresh items from Biologique Recherche France HQ. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, you will receive it within 2-4 weeks, under normal circumstances. Because France HQ has no stock, shipments may be delayed. This is a worldwide problem, not just a Singapore one.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver your parcel using Private courier door delivery.

Can the delivery man leave the parcel at my doorstep?

Yes, we can. However, we will not be liable for lost or stolen orders.

Do I need to pay for delivery?

We provide free shipping in Singapore. There is absolutely no additional shipping fee incurred.

Do you all ship internationally?

Unfortunately No, we only ship within Singapore.

Biologique Recherche has various distribution partners around the world and each distributor is only allowed to sell within its country. This explains why we are only able to sell and ship the brand in the Singapore.

How do I track my order?

When there is an update to your order (e.g. shipment), you will receive an email from us with tracking information on your order. You may check the parcel status using the tracking url and number.

All delivery comes with tracking information.

Which payment method do you accept?

We accept payment by cards from Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How secure is my order online?

When placing an online order with your debit/credit card, your details will be entered into a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secured web page. Your details will then be SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your details and transaction will be authorized and approved. Your credit card details will never be stored on our servers. All payments are PCI compliance internationally.
